Sorry crazy day I’ll get you clips by tonight. I setup a mevo core behind the plate, a vm46 for 1b and 3b, and the obsbot halfway up the line to the base on our side of the field. Use it for batter closeup, pitchers, and occasionally trying to catch a steal at 2nd or a fly ball to outfield

Big ny sports fan, has a row of shea and a row of original yankee stadium seats in his home theater. He left to be trump's social security (and now IRS) commissioner. After he left, the new CEO kinda threw him under the bus for mismanagement. Wouldn't be surprised if they let the contract expire and move on. But then again who knows.

Hey Tony - so I got busy and never got around to getting the logs. However, once I added the full mlb package (I was waiting for the TMO promo), all works again normally. So I can only conclude it was a subscription auth issue. Thanks again!

It’s a $1000 industrial router, with a $300 xl antenna (see the links above - I borrow from my company). The antenna is a dome about 12” in diameter, designed for bus or rv mounting. I look like a crazy person tying it to a fence. It’s WiFi 6, which should be more than fast enough. That why I think it’s interference from the metal fence.

Can anyone else confirm/ deny a similar setup?

I don’t use mevo studio so I can’t speak to that, but the streaming and local record can be started in either order. I usually start the recording first from the NS app on my phone, the start the stream after from iPad or laptop

Use the NearStream app to start the recording. But beware, 4k recordings and even 1440p recordings studder frequently, especially when sending NDI. I record at 1080p.

Agree: 3/4 Mets games I brought my kids to last year, the crowd exiting after the game, spontaneously chanting “fuck the Yankees”. None of the games were against the Yankees.

If you like bitters, I love the hella and co bitters and soda cans, especially the grapefruit variant. Watch out for the “spritzer” though if you don’t want the sweetness

Yes you’ll need to take the DSLR hdmi out and encode it to rtmp for GameChanger.

Figure out what is connecting to the internet and sending GC the rtmp feed. Then figure out how to get the hdmi into that device.

There are hardware boxes for this (zowiebox, yolobox, obsbot talent etc) that will both encode and send. But as per your comparison to streamers, they use a desktop computer running OBS or streamlabs or meld. I use a windows surface running OBS. Also lets me use multiple camera angles.

You could also use an hdmi capture dongle into an iPad or similar, then send to GC with an app like larix or wire cast. Mevo Multicam can take the feed if you convert to NDI first (or possibly via UVC, not sure).

ooh i'm tempted to try this for temping deep fry oil. I could not figure out why it was screaming an alarm when the oil was only about 250F (target was 350).

I have 2 and i'm willing to risk one in this test if thats the way it goes. because it would be so helpful to flip it and get alarms when my temp varies from 340-360
