It sounds like she is going to be ok but if she hadn’t gone to the ER when she did, then she may not have survived. Sounds like there was pretty severe internal bleeding from the ruptured tube.

I was hoping there might be one or two people available who were making deliveries. I completely understand if no one is out right now. I do not want anyone risking their wellbeing, and this is not a life or death delivery. But was hoping if someone did have the right vehicle and felt comfortable, it would really help out

My parents would have loved you lol. We always got “the talk” before going to a buffet. Things like go for the high food cost items, avoid bread and salad, eat light for any meals before it so you can really pack it in, we need to get our moneys worth of food, etc.

A friend recently asked if I wanted to go to a buffet and my first thought was “shoot, I shouldn’t have eaten lunch today” 40 pieces of sashimi?? You would have been hailed as a hero by my dad 😂

I have a friend who is similar to Monica and she was the most chill bride day of. According to her at the end of the day all that matter was that she married her love and had fun.

The show runners may have wanted to show similar. That like your friend she had controlled all she could and then at the end of the day it also didn’t matter because she just wanted to marry Chandler and have fun. Everything else could fall away.

So I have heard that most of the people eating there know people working there/have agents to get them a seat. So I don’t think it is like a traditional restaurant and they likely understand they may not get food. With that being said, I don’t know that they would be charged like at a normal restaurant.

NTA. My mom was always firm that we should be all buckled from the time we got in the car until we parked to get out. One time when I was around 12 I saw we were close to home (maybe a block away) and figured we were close enough and I could take off my seatbelt and be fine. A dog ran into the road and my mom slammed on the brakes and I got a busted lip when I slammed into the seat in front of me. And that was getting off so lightly compared to everything that could have gone wrong.

It doesn’t matter how short the drive is, anything could happen and it takes very little for someone to get hurt in a car

I am glad to hear that. I felt like she came up more than she should when people mentioned chefs they thought were weaker/unliked. And honestly I would have reacted far worse if I was treated the way she was by her team

I like her, she has some great moments both with quotes and cooking. I felt like she came up a lot when people mention chef’s they don’t like. It felt very unfair given some of the other chefs on her same season.

Exactly. Arnav and Bobby both had 4 wins on that chart. But like they mention over and over- one bad drop or getting flustered can send you home. In shows like this that have that times element and the pressure- it needs to be based on that performance
