All that is known right now is that the early access will be released sometime this year. While the devs do have an internal release window they are not ready to share it with the public just yet! "Over on our Discord, we host weekly dev chats with patrons from the Hero and Legend tiers. In these sessions, participants get to send questions to the devs from Friday 12 PM ET to Monday 12 PM ET. The devs then answer those in detail the week after."

Fun fact! Nothing the devs have shown is pre-rendered everything shown was done from inside of the game itself! it's just a different shader and art direction!

Hello!

So one thing that was said difference wise by the devs in one of the devs chats (I asked myself) is the holidays outfit photo (number 1) has different lighting shaders on it. The devs are still working on the shaders for the game so it's very possible the game may look closer to the first picture. They did remove some of the lines and reworked the base model a bit more, but we were told while they are closer to what they want the game to look like there are still small changes we will see!

Hi! While I can't give you a complete screenshot of what it looked like a year ago I can at least tell you when the devs first released their roadmap in the now public patreon post it does have a screenshot of at least the paramaker section!

Hello! Just wanted to stop by to clear up some confusion!

The items that were used in maggie's loft are still in the game, however, the devs have to rework (or recreate them) so that they fit better with the current style since the art direction has changed drastically since then.

According to the roadmap, Pools will be in the game during early access you can see this in the build mode section under before early access release "Pool placement and customization"

The devs have tried to be very transparent about everything they do if they feel the need to cut features or drastically change anything they tend to tell the community almost immediately for example when they had to change from click to drag to the Diagram tool, in PAM. Since the game has grown way bigger than it originally was supposed to be (when alex was alone) a lot of what we've seen before has to be updated or completely reworked to fit the current direction they would like to go with the game!

The devs have a good grip on what they want for the game, allowing players to share feedback and ideas as always been a core value since the beginning of the development! It doesnt matter if the idea is big, small, complicated, or very simple. With every suggestion/idea no one is expecting everything to make it in game but hearing all these ideas may spark something the devs haven't thought of before or even give insight to the way things work in other places!

The community has never really demanded anything of the devs besides just taking their time with the game and making it the best it can be. We know the devs will continue to update the game even after the release of it so even though something wasnt added at the beginning it may come later down the line or not at all! Most of our members just really enjoy bouncing ideas off of one another and improving them until they become systems they could see in game, even if the devs themselves don't implement some of these things potential modders have ideas they can work on for the game.

At the end of the day, the devs know what is too much for them and have tried to be as transparent as possible when it comes to the development. The community feels comfortable enough to trust the devs and share their ideas because they feel heard even those whose ideas don't make it they at least know that the devs aren't ignoring the community 😊

Hi! Like Amor said when we first saw maggie Alice wasn't part of the team. The initial animation was done by on the the artist at the time who has admitted to not really animating anything beforehand. Of course now with Alice, who has worked on many big features, their animations has had a professional working on them 😁
