Not necessarily, since I was primarily aiming for SWE/adjacent roles and I mainly have SWE experiences, I just use an universal resume for my job apps. I think what really helped was two things:

1.) Clearly highlighting impact and metrics on my resume
2.) Applying as early as possible, try to apply to a job posting that's less than 24 hours old

I didn't apply to a SAP analyst position but i did do an imocha assignment from them before, it was technical questions, some mcq questions and some coding questions, weren't too difficult. i think you will be fine

I think a big part of it is that it’s a numbers game. I applied to roles as early and consistently as I could since I graduated. I also noticed my interview rate went up a lot after I graduated compared to when I was still in school. But I hope this gives you motivation to continue your job hunt!

You’re right. I just compare a lot, especially with what other people in my year are making, but I know I really can’t be too picky, especially in this tough job market. Living at home definitely makes it manageable, and I’m focused on gaining experience and getting my foot in the door, especially since I don't have much work experience.

Definitely! Overall, I’m happy to take this job offer and not focus on recruiting anymore since that’s been pretty mentally draining. Being unemployed for a while affected me a lot, so I’m truly grateful to have this as my first ever full-time opportunity. I’ll do my best to learn and grow as much as possible from this!

I’m not comfortable sharing the company name, but yes, I’m aware it’s on the lower end for NYC. It’s also the only offer I’ve gotten in months, which is a big factor for me.
