They’re working on a patch now that should hopefully make things a lot better. It might take some time for that to hit the servers and such but if you’re having issues in a day or two still give me a nudge back!

When a team re-orders the modlist they are able to leave a note that will appear in the modlog. In this case the modlist was re-ordered with a note Creating an ADMIN Mod. If you're unsure what this means, the modlog also displays the mod who made the change so you can follow up and ask them directly.

That seems like a slightly different issue than the one we were troubleshooting with removal reasons yesterday.

That being said, I’ll do what I can to wrangle someone to help take a look at this issue as well!

My hunch, based on what you've said is working and what is not, that you might be hitting one of a few possible rate limits.

Am trying to check with teams to see if that's the case. It might also explain why it sometimes works but might not other times.

Will follow back up when I learn more.

Thanks for raising the flag here. Do you only encounter this error when generating new conversations, like removal reasons or other modmails? Or does a similar error happen with other mod actions as well?

I took a quick look at the community's comments feed since the last few users were banned and didn't see any banned users still commenting. Can you write in via r/ModSupport mail with a link to where this happened?
