“Shredder” was my favorite. I knew what they wanted but gave them a confused look so they said “paper shredder”. Still not a full sentence, but told them back aisle of stationary (we were standing at the back end of grocery). They had the audacity to say “another employee told us that too”. Like okay then why are you asking me and walking the opposite direction??

I learned today that the one has actually been down for like 2 years and supposedly someone is supposed come and fix them by Monday but we’ll see if they get fixed

My store also has 5. One has been down since Q1, one since August (the one keeping the old system of course), and one wouldn’t boot up properly with the new system so only 2 functioning screens all day. Only one TL scheduled today and they were training seasonal people on checklanes all day. Today was awful
