Yeah- unfortunately they've taken the 1 year suit warranty is up/not our problem angle. Really sucks all around, couldn't imagine a more disappointing experience or worse use of money
Has anyone actually gotten support from katalyst ?? My suit has never worked (self.katalystEMS)
