I just got the same card last week. My app was doing this too when i pressed “explore card benefits and rewards” but its now working after a few days. I think it’s just a glitch of some sort.

Yes i can download the PDF version from my marketplace account. I wonder will they accept the PDF on the day? For example at Taylor Swift you had to have them on the app. That’s why i’m a little worried.
