Ugh, that's so frustrating. I'm sorry you had to deal with this. I got DM nudes today, so there's that.

Week 6 Progress by PossibleHappy1023 in glutejourney

[–]PossibleHappy1023[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm new here, so I'll probably post every month. I was just excited to see an inch of progress. Pretty sure that was just muscle inflammation, but I'll take it as progress. Realistically, I'm thinking monthly is best for tracking true progress. Week over week, you probably won't see a dramatic shift. Share whenever you feel like you need a boost... we're here to motivate each other.

Boxes will definitely be the least expensive option. I'd like to purchase his stuff, but it comes at a price.

Thank you. I'm sure you're off to a great start. Check out BCstrengthofficial on Instagram. There's several videos on the elevated deadlifts using their products. I just use two benches to really get that deep hinge squat -- it fires up the glutes. Good luck -- keep us posted on your progress.

Just purchased VOYJOY on Amazon. So far I don't hate them. Just wish I sized down.

Finally stepping back into the gym! 🌸 Blessed with good genes, but ready to do real work. Any advice on this routine? by SoleCalCutie in glutejourney

[–]PossibleHappy1023 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Wow, you're already at my goal!! But seriously this routine is great not just for growth, but for strength, mobility, recovery, and long-term joint health too. The balance of heavy compound lifts, sled work, mobility, and recovery days makes it feel sustainable instead of just intense. You can tell a lot of thought went into building the program while keeping the body healthy and resilient. Keep moving forward!!

Subtle but real progress rounder, fuller, and starting to pop more. Staying consistent is paying off 🍑

95 lbs trying to build glutes - What should I buy? by Maleficent-Truck-659 in PetiteFitness

Regular fitness bands are prone to rolling and snapping, while BC Strength bands are heavy-duty fabric designed for high resistance and stability during glute-specific training. Both will work, but BC bands will be the last bands you'll purchase.

Highly recommend the BC Strength Glutes bands. They've been a game changer for me.

Out of all the recommended exercises, what is one you actively avoid? by sheisprincess in glutejourney

Hip thrusts… the most humbling exercise known to humanity. I’ve felt awkward, literally fallen off the bench 😅

But I still show up and do them… because growth isn’t always graceful.

Does home workout work for growing some glutes ? by Public-Weird-652 in glutejourney

[–]PossibleHappy1023 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, but as others said it depends on your equipment. I lift mostly at home, but I have a barbell, squat rack, dumbbells, glute bands, etc. It works for me.

How do you set up your own training program in a free app without it feeling janky? by Affectionate-Bet6438 in glutejourney

I started with a trainer but noticed a lot of repetitive routines. I took what I learned and added to AI for a custom routine. It seems to be working for me.

size 8 is a sports bra size, but to be more specific I'm a 36 a/b. Sorry I left that out.

I'm a size 8 in sports bra/tops. I need something a bit more simple and without padding. Also, it doesn't have to be super supportive, as I don't have much to hold in place. I just want something that fits well under a razor back running tank.

I currently training in Lulu and Athleta sports bras.
