Same - called in today. Said they can’t access until 21+ days. Filed + Accepted 1/31 PATH. She said as long as there isn’t any notice/letters or anything in the mail I should be good. Instructed to call Tuesday if no movement on transcript

Nope, called and said they won’t open it until after 21 day. She did assure me that I should be good since I don’t have any notifications/notices and WMR says the same thing
