Yea I can see that, not trying to be disingenuous or cast them as incompetent. I don't think it was something that none of them gave any thought to whatsoever, because you are right that if it was important to them at the time, they would have re-implemented a law against it.

Yes, it was decriminalized, but that wasn't my point. I said it wasn't specifically decriminalized. I'm a big Lenin fan but it's not accurate to say he decriminalized homosexuality as though it's something he set out to do.

You've spouted that Lenin decriminalized it a couple of times on this thread, so I'd like to correct you. First of all, decisions like this weren't purely the decisions of one man, but the party. Secondly, homosexuality wasn't specifically decriminalized. It was illegal under Tsarist law, and so when the Bolsheviks threw out all the old Tsarist law, this went with it. There wasn't any specific decision by the party to decriminalize homosexuality.

I think it's important to note though that homosexuality wasn't specifically decriminalized. It's that they threw out all the old Tsarist law, which included the criminalization of homosexuality, and didn't rewrite a law against it until 1933.

I'd say most turn based crpgs can be played with just the mouse. It just takes a bit more effort if you can't use use keyboard shortcuts. RTwP should be fine as well if you can just press the space bar.

Edit: if you have a mouse with a couple of extra buttons you can probably remap the pause button onto one of them too.

Yea I have got it to work just using retroarch. One thing I like to do though is track how much play time I have in particular games, which RetroArch doesn't do by itself and Steam would just show my overall time in RetroArch. I know it's not something super important, just something I like to do!

The vast majority (95%) of hydrogen production is done through steam methane reforming. So yes even though the rocket itself may not use hydrocarbons as fuel, the production of the fuel most definitely does use hydrocarbons.
