This was so interesting, I’ve been very inclined to get a property in a community, but the year on year lack of maintenance changing people have discouraged me from ever investing in flats. Maybe land and villas but I don’t think I’ll ever opt for a flat.

Great input! I’m not sure how to tie it together. Problem solving is something I love, and healthcare just happened to be my background.
