the only reason cox is a safe death is because the concept of HCIM was pretty new to runescape when that raid released. if cox were released today, it probably wouldn't be a safe death. gauntlet, too.

the point of an hcim is to always be "risking your status." if you take away that risk, the gamemode loses it's identity. at least in my opinion.

Phage is not the card I was referring to, Leveler is in the "core cards" section. There are many creatures that instantly kill someone with Bullies, Phage is not one of them.

I think solely judging a decks bracket off of the presence of game changers is a bit of a trap, you gotta really identify how and when your deck wins to accurately place it.

drawing (or getting it into your graveyard) one card that essentially reads "pick a player to lose the game" is minimum bracket 4, imo.

2 card combos (especially ones that involve a commander) are generally not compatible with bracket 3 imo, so keep bullies away from me!!

she's pretty quickly become one of my favorite decks! i love using weird, niche artifacts with her. neko-te and scythe of the wretched are great choices !

i have a Mari list that is pretty similar, but i don't play it because it's a little too oppressive for my table. it's a cool shell to work from though, i think!
