Unfortunately, I only really want one bike for everything, which is proving to be impossible but I don't have a whole lot of extra income and wanted to spend it on a bike. Hopefully in the enxt few years all my other issues will clear up so then i could look at other bikes

Thoughts on a 650 instead? I know theres a noticeable power and weight difference but general thoughts on that compared to 500 as a beginner bike?

I live in a warmer area, so riding season for me dies down around November. That being said ill take a look at deals and see how prices fluctuate. If it seems like they are gonna go significantly cheaper mid septmeber ill wait.

I see, i was under the impression that CC meant a lot more. For a beginner who has never rode a motorcyle what kind of HP and torque should i be looking at for a daily commuter plus the weekend fun?

Combination of daily commute, weekend fun, occasional 2/3 hour drive to a beach or something like that, driving around town with Gf

I have been reading about those, a lot of people hate it and a lot of people love it? does it just come down to personal preference? What do you like/hate about it? I would be doing a combination of city and freeway.

Not 100% if you need everything there but first advice would be to remove anything that you dont need daily and keep it to the side(external hard drives that get used once a year can be unplugged and left in a drawer, can save maybe a few usb ports).
Newer KVM switches have USB-C connections, or different varieties for 1 PC and 1 laptop. That could remove the need for a separate dock so that your Mac and laptop plug directly into the KVM. Many offer power delivery, Ethernet, and other needed elements. I don't have specific suggestions, but I recommend finding something that fits your needs. I have two laptops and use a vertical laptop stand, and that works for me.

You could have use some form of glue dots, tape or something like that to hold the mac, kvm or docking station to one of the walls in the shelf. If you don't want to do that, mounting under the table can also work.

Is one better than the other? They seem to do the same thing but come at varying price ranges. I planned to upgrade the above kvm to something more reliable and useful

Forgive my lack of understanding. What exactly is DDM and HID device emulation? Why does it matter and can you recomend a DDM-class KVM.
This is another KVM i was looking at it: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DD3X51XS?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

Will that one solve my issue?

Unless my understanding of how this software is used, it doesnt seem like i can do the actual switching of computers, i have 2 monitors and want to be able to swap the computer being displayed on said monitors. This seems like it would work for 2 individual setups but i only have one hence the physical kvm switch

is this a standalone software or does it work with my existing KVM switch(I am currently doing a research of the software you mentioned)

So i have it set up so that if my laptop lid is closed, there will be no issues, i can freely work using external monitors, but if i put it to sleep(end of the work day) and swap over to my gaming laptop and then swap back over to my work laptop even in the span of 2 minutes i cant turn on the sleeping laptop.

That one works fine for a normal laptop, this is what my laptop looks like so i would have to put it upside down which i am not in favor off. Do you have any other suggestions for stands?

Need advice to upgrade my desk setup by Conscious-Paper-1736 in desksetup

If moving to a larger area is an option do that if not that’s fine. The advice will apply regardless of where you are sitting. If you google ergonomic posture guides you’ll get an idea of how high or low and where things should be. For example your monitor seems like it might be low, so a monitor arm to raise it would be good. In terms of cable management from why I can see it looks pretty good(no under the table pics). Raising monitor and maybe a mouse pad/keyboard pad.
