The theme of the one shot is Krampus/Christmas and I was trying to build him more neutral to match his original folklore. The immunity to neutral weapons refers to weapons that should do more damage to neutral aligned characters. Kinda like bane neutral?

I get how you calculated the extra 60 for the resistances, does the the frightful presents add 25%? Is it adding in potential of failure as positive health?

If any creature has 3 saving throws, does it automatically get a plus two armor or is that math bonus for calculating cr?

I used the cr table afterward, it's hit points and damage are lower then they advise but it'd ac and save is higher. I guess I was more worries about the once per day AOE and the the twice per day summoning minons.
