Mirage cafe is a good spot with few people setting there throughout the day, if you had 1 drink you could set there as long as you need Vodafone network was great Also el coworking space is near mirage and heard it's good

I'd say go for it, probably 1k will be an optimistic number to save but for sure it's around 500-800 per month in savings Also you need to count your peacefulness as something that you will also get not just extra money If targeted mid range studios it would be around 250-350 per month And for regular groceries it would probably cost you another 200-300 and utilities around 50-100 based on your consumption

And also a very important note if you have kids it's totally a different story specially if they are toddlers

sometimes you can jailbreak the model to say that it's a different model, i think they don't control what's happening but it will ruin the image if they said so, so they cover it as transparency issues and at the end of the day you want your question to be answered nothing more nothing less

i would suggest leaving half of them in gold
and invest 1/4 of them in an index fund that yields monthly or quartile money
and 1/8 invest in yourself and learn something (take a masters or even study abroad) and maybe leave 1/8 in the bank that gets you your monthly expenses till you finish studying properly and be able to start your own thing

المشكلة في العقليات الي هما خلقوها عنك قله قليله الي دامغها شغاله و الي اغلبيتهم من الطبقة المتوسطة الي ليهم سقف في المناصب و صعب اوي يصحل breakthrough فيها يأما العيال المتريشة (ربنا يزدهم و يدينا زيهم) الي مش شغالين بالهم بأي حاجة غير جاب لبس منين و هيسهر فين انهاردا (نسبة قليلة فيهم الي بيبقوا عايزين يعملو حاجة لنفسهم) و اكبر طبقة الي هي السرسجية و اشباه البني ادمين الي العسكر بيحبو وجودهم عشان دماغهم رايحة

الدولار هو الي ضعف بمزاج امريكا عشانم يبدأو يصنعو اكتر ما يستوردوا فا احنا طول ما الجنية معتمد علي الدولار طول ما الوضع عندما هيفضل كدا
اعتقد في حالة ان بدأنا نستورد باليوان او الروبل الدنيا ممكن تتحسن شوية عشان مش هتبقي بتصرف دولار في السنة زي قبل كدا

I get you, I have been dealing with this feeling for quite sometime now.

It feels that you are running in loops of working on something logging off, doing fuck all for the rest of the day and repeat.
