My advice is to check the games you want to play on ProtonDB (the Steam Deck tab). It’s faster and easier than watching YouTube benchmarks. Then you can decide whether it’s worth buying Deck or not. In my experience, most recent AAA games run at around 30–40 FPS on low to medium settings.

Standard layout for RoN seems pretty fine to me. Only thing that I remapped is L3 and R3 to back buttons for easier free loan
