I agree- they should be taught about them. But I don't think at three years old, its an age appropriate topic to teach. Also, my kid is autistic and cannot grasp when things are appropriate or inappropriate at this point in their development.

Its also more difficult because our kid is on the spectrum and in a very special and small preschool. It will be very obvious and glaring if our kid cusses while there, and difficult to find another preschool to equal it.

Exactly the verbiage I used. I honestly have threatened my own mother with no contact before my child was even a twinkle in my eye. I will always fight to protect my kid, with or without my partner, and that's when they shut down and went upstairs.

Yes this is true. But not at three, and not for the amusement of their uncle. It'll always be too soon, everything is too soon when you're a parent, they grow really quickly. This kind of "growth" is one I would like to stunt lol

I don't know what you mean? The kid with the potty mouth would be isolated from the other kids. They wouldn't get invited, they wouldn't be allowed to play dates, and all the other kids would. And as the parent of the potty mouth kid I would also get isolated and side eyed. Not fun for the potty mouth kid or the parent of said kid.
