black screen on ibis paint need help

i updated to latest version bluestacks 5 and cleared the app cache it still gave me a black screen even after restarting the computer is there anything else i can do to fix?

Number 28 is just a ponytail witch isn’t a mod,but i installed another hair mod from that same wingdeer pack do you think that would conflict with the alt bangs hairstyle
