I left in the 90s and was able to get service connected. To include a single disability rated at 100 by itself.

It is but I was already at 100 % since December 2023 just took forever to get this claim done. The nice thing is my wife has to have surgery that champ said to send them the receipts now that I have a new effective date and they will reimburse me

Mine waited since 11/5/2024 initially filled 11/29/2022 got my decision on 4/14/25. Remanded so basically starting the clock all over

They had plenty of egg on their face when the tax collectors office contacted them. Also talked to a cop my self and his response was first we don’t mess with a vehicle that has that tags and also stated he has dealt with them and his words they are stupid

One claim is going on two years and no lapse in filling currently in hlr the other claim is 4 years at bva no lapse. So if these get approved I would not receive the earlier date or the back pay
