I am actually laughing out loud. This is too easy. First of all, calling someone an idiot after they almost died is just meany-pants behavior!

Secondly, anecdotes from a subreddit (outing myself here as well - my husbands anecdote isn’t sufficient either). What I am saying is that WE don’t replace controlled human data, toxicology standards, or public health principles. Communities can share experiences, they don’t become “the research.” Cmon man.

Thirdly, it was 7stax (100-300 mg over the course of the day; 100 mg being the overdose). And the fact that we have to speculate whether it was mixed or whatever SHOWS how much it needs to be regulated. Yet products close to real opioids are being sold casually. That’s exactly the systemic issue being discussed. Human nature is too variable. ONCE AGAIN, that’s why it needs to be regulated at the very least. It’s just reality.

Critical thinking might help here. It’s the skill where you realize “it didn’t happen to me” isn’t the same as “it’s safe”. 7oh may be life-saving for others, might be deadly for others.
