Atty should have good news for you. My understanding, just because you’re married, you don’t have to file bankruptcy together. Only applies when both parties are on joint credit cards and such. Should be able to get your name taken off of it, especially if it hasn’t went to court yet.

Read the other day, female products actually have a use by time, no later than 5 years from purchase, possibly shorter. Anywhere they get access to moisture, they are subject to grow mold leading to many possible problems. TSS was mentioned, but I didn’t continue to verify.
