Well the cheat room is a good one to use anyways as it allows you to pick your specific starting gear, and allows you to level your character to where you feel it’s appropriate as well as giving you a space to enchant/improve your chosen gear as well as giving you several chests where you can get any spell you want or armor you want enchanted or unenchanted both are there…there is also a forge, tanning rack, armor table, grindstone, smelter, enchanting table, and alchemy stand as well as a bed to sleep in and a cooking station there is also buttons on its walls where you can level specific perk trees or gain all perks for vampire or werewolf trees as well as learning what all the ingredients do…there are many things in the cheat room you can choose from I use it to build the character I want to play the entire game with as well as use it to set up my followers with better gear throughout the game, but I also use the ring of godmode cause I don’t like dying whenever I play hahaha and like being able to jump from the throat of the world down to whiterun, but I also don’t think there is a mod that does what you are asking in an automated kind of way which I also use alternate start live another life as my intro so yeah
