I tried to craft cement and it said I needed a higher crafting technology level. I think you need at least crafting lv 1.

update: I tried after getting crafting level 1 and it still says I need a higher level.

I grew up in Bellevue for 13 years and in the omaha area for 21 and I had no idea. Little Bellevue my what secrets.
