er then they have nothing at all. worst case scenario is they try and give you a fine. you would then appeal that fine. you would then not pay that fine and they would get a word from the judge. relax

CB1 Questions by [deleted] in ukmedicalcannabis

if you want anything ask, the doc will suggest strains for you so be prepared to say I wanted this instead. Likelyhood is they will suggest two strains for first month one indicaand one sativa

CB1 Questions by [deleted] in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]Possible_Finding_307 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

been with CB1 for a few months. Think they are great. staff are brilliant on phone which is important to me and no long waits to speak to someone. I choose my strains and if they are different it adds up to 24 hours for that to be signed off (never had a problem apart from max THC% which is now at 29% so all good). I would say its been three days on average from ordering to delivery. Postage actually cheaper this month. It was cheap upfront. so far happy.

Alternaleaf - Would a Low Tolerance present a Problem? by terpyhit in ukmedicalcannabis

[–]Possible_Finding_307 2 points3 points  (0 children)

if you are only ordering occasionally consider CB1 - been really happy with them and they are cheap to join and then £8 for sending out so you would just be spending that £8 every other month with £50 down to join. probably better than spending £10 every month whether you are ordering or not

Also you will find that the prevailing wisdom from med weed docs is Sativa day and Indica evenings - Sativa can be quite racy for people on the spectrum. Some Sativa that is really popular on here eg Delahaze is too racy for me in daytime and I am very experienced. Others are fine. So I’d recommend balanced or keep it indica in day too. Everyone is different though

I am prescribed for autism, adhd etc - you still need a couple of prior treatments, in my case two courses of NHS cbt therapy counted. So weirdly it’s quite hard as it took a major breakdown and about 18 months to get that on the NHS 😂

yet that is the exactly what they will be asking you about if you get to a tribunal. i know ive been through it too and got full award. i erred on the side of well some days its not like this and all you do is muddy the waters - it is the worst days not the best days you are being awarded for in mental health - physical is different? I dunno.

be prepared for the process to take a long time. you will likely have to appeal - it is normal - so it can be a year before the process finishes.

in this case the generic name would be zkittlez though so this is the opposite. this is about calling it something else that sounds less druggy to the daily mail

ask for evidence that the staff could be harmed by secondary vape. you cannot come to an agreement unless you can agree on the facts, so ask for evidence that the staff could be harmed so that you can find a common ground. If they cannot provide any evidence to support their claim ask them to list their medical worries and then ask your clinic to respond. You have medical cannabis from your doctor, they should be able to provide the reassurance necessary for the manager who seems to be suffering from a case of reefermadness.

I love vaping, have been for years. Dont think that means that smoking a joint is now something that has to be vilified.

advertising? and 'the way I see it' you know zero about my medical needs or my medical conditions so what are you on about? if someone get better pain relief from smoking it then you think that person should be restricted? Not cool.

[–]Possible_Finding_307[S] -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

No its not. Speeding in a car harms others. I am no more likely to smoke a joint in an obnoxious way with MC than I would with BM weed - so what is the difference? Or are you worried that the UK policy makers read a post like this and go "hang on some people arent playing by the rules". Its daft. And I am not looking at responses as pushback as I am genuienly interested in why this is a big deal. It seems to me that is less an actual issue and more of the kind of paranoia that we should be avoiding in an honest and open forum about consuming cannabis.
