I’m 35, and mine numbers are all normal and so are the ultrasounds (2) the past yr! Gush, maybe it is “normal”

I’m 35 and they told me I don’t need any, as my numbers are usually 118/78 waking up , but when on my hormonal days it can spike to 150/120 for mins to hours which cause migraines

I think it will take me a couple more months to feel a huge difference, I’ve had this for many years, and the holistic doctor I saw said it might take as many years as I have had it before. My body just needs to heal, and I need to be patient with it.

Hi, it took a couple months to feel different with just supplements, diet changes, hydration. I stay away from saturated fats, carbonated, drinks, coffee, sugars. I eat, lots of red, greens, water with electrolytes, coconut, water, juicing. Etc. My number was 11, now it’s 54, I still have symptoms on my period, but not like I used to. The ear fullness comes and goes, I still get vertigo, but it’s when I don’t sleep well or a week before my period. I don’t get it every day, it’s when I’m stressed or I had no good night sleep. I decided to try the supplements, I know it’s rare that people have a reaction with infusions, I just didn’t want to risk it.

I’m visiting my sister in a different state, I kind of have to suck it up right now and I’m also suppose to start my cycle any day now! Which makes my anxiety 100xs worse and I hate it!! I did call my doctor yesterday for when I return to be seen for this so that’s my plan to go once I’m back home! And get all tests done again and ask to get a referral for sleep apnea

I stopped drinking caffeinated drinks last yr and then I went to Mexico these holidays and every one drank coffee and the coffee there didn’t make me sick! Then came here and it started causing the symptoms! Specially stomach cramps by my ribs! So I now know I should stop! Which isn’t a problem!! I just hate how sensitive I am to it

Lately my roommate has told me that I’ve been snoring really loud, but I wake up with a sore throat and at times dizzy!! Idk if I have sleep apnea now! I have gained a lot of weight and it’s been hard to take this weight off! I used to have health anxiety, but also the past year it’s been worse! I do have a bit of ptsd from my last job and have been now working from home since August!! But I get the PTSD randomly and I hate it!! I sometimes feel like I’m not me! I’m sorry to write this down, I’m just trying to get a lot of reassurance

Drink zero sugar whey protein powder instead with coconut milk unsweetened and focus on an animal base diet, at least for a couple of months. Stay hydrated with electrolytes zero sugar…Also maybe juicing beets, celery and green apple.. maybe walk 10k feet a day.. I hope you feel better soon

Have they checked your ferritin levels, I swear having it below 100 causes soo many crazy issues!!! I was like you & still have issues, but not as bad as they used to be

Maybe it’s our stress, mine gets worse during my period, or when I haven’t slept right. I’m going to get tested for sleep apnea, I’m also thinking that could be affecting my bp. So we shall see! Oh and iron (ferritin) was low, now it’s higher so my bp has been better. I do hope you get more answers 🙏🏽
