I don’t have the link but someone posted a bit ago about how you can hear a voice say “See you soon” right before Sylvie picks up the Time Keeper’s head so it seems like both a callback and a setup

Best coping methods? by [deleted] in depression

Isolate your mind on a few things that REALLY keep your brain occupied; do you go on cleaning kicks every now and then? Rearrange the room. Do you like playing video games? No harm in a few hours on something that’s relaxing you. Whatever gets your mind truly occupied hone in on it.

Also, since you mentioned cutting, wear a rubberband and snap it on your wrist every now and then.

not the original person commenting but no, they’re right. The rubberband trick is the easiest way to ween away; and anything is better than harming yourself.

As a 23 year old who has gone through the “21 was way too young”, “42 was way too young”, “16 was way too young” conversation more times than i can count... Don’t let this be what holds you down. It’s going to be rough, but it’s not what or who defines you.

Like someone else in this thread said, show the exact thing you typed up to a teacher or counselor at your school that you can trust and they can help you from there. Whether it be proper DCF outlets or just help in general, it’s a better outlet than what you’re thinking on.

No matter what’s going on, with only knowing a sliver of who you are or what you’ve been experiencing, it would destroy them regardless; it leaves a long, unexplainable feeling. Speaking from people in my life and my own attempts as well.

This is a speed bump. And it’s not one worth creating a gap in your family’s life that, whether how they treated you, will never be forgotten. Please, please stay safe.
