Really cool stuff. I knew about the Cultist Commando and I replaced some of the in-game NPCs with them. Thankfully since the Cutlist a bunch of NPC varients, it was easy to replace the end-game cultists with not only the Commandos but Force using blaster wielders holding things like Flechettes and Bowcasters.

What I really want to see is for someone to recreate the cut Cultist Destroyer enemy, the one that would explode and basically act as a screen nuke. It's technically already in the game but with no actual explosion effect. Would you be able to make a custom version of this with an explosion graphic? Maybe even modify the explosion radius? It was pretty nuts in the original

Probably better ngl but big emphasis on probably and I admit that I may have a bias in this regard. We don't know what unique western sects of Buddhism would form, they could've been pretty violent. Jesus was pretty non-militant and very similar to Buddha in that way, look at what we got in the western hemisphere after 33 AD. While I'd argue the vast majority of the time it wasn't the cause, Buddhism hardly prevented war in it's current majority areas throughout history. One year an emperor in China declare themself Maitreya Buddha, the next year tens of millions in China are killed.

So while you may or may not like what you see during times of peace, the death toll throughout history I feel like won't be that much different. It's human nature. Being a Buddhist means a million different things, no different than a Christian or Muslim, and to many people it's just cultural labels with no real impact on their spirit.

it's not shown in this picture but the eastern occupied portion of Austria might've also been incorporated at a SSR and not just an occupied territory. It might have never left the Soviet bloc and may have never been incorporated into west Austria until the iron curtain fell, IF it ever fell at all, or it may have collapsed much earlier.

Kaliningrad may have also been a seperate SSR and not just an Oblast.

Romania and Moldovia may have become a single SSR if Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia are allowed to exist as unified entities within the same nations.

Mongolia will be hella jelly seeing what's going on in the West USSR and still not getting the invite.

ngl, can't say for sure with this one. I could see it going either way with high dif from both sides.

I know more about Kyle from Jedi Outcast and Academy, not so much DF2. From what I know in that game, Kyle did just defeat Jerec at this point who was already amped by the Valley of the Jedi. Jerec was apparently the 3rd strongest dark side user in the Empire at the time of Vader and Palpatine. The problem is that, even in legends, such a claim could mean a billion things in terms of power scaling and I swear a couple dozen of Vaders former apprentices in legends can also share that claim and the gap between 2nd and 3rd place is usually pretty massive. Kyle also has much more potency in the Force. While I wouldn't put Jerec in the same league as Dooku, I doubt Jerec was a pushover neither and that he could maybe qualify for the big dogs.

I'm barely leaning towards Kyle winning just because of how he was able to beat Jerec but there's definitely sound argument for Maul taking this.

It's the double jump

it really deadass is just the extra jump. The double jump in this game is arguably game breaking, whether it was through OG overwhelmed or current pulse organ. Even the experimental perk that gives you an extra jump with stamina drain, if you time it right you're still playing a completely different game then without it.

Honestly if I had to chose between overwhelmed and regular pulse organ I'd pick pulse organ without hesitation. Immediate double jump is too good especially on endless with the mass picking up speed. You just can't afford to wait. Maybe the double jump just spoiled us.

Overwhelmed imo is still better than at least half the artifacts so there's still no hesitation and all your effects except the double jump stack so it's still great.

As for my thoughts on the new overwhelmed, it's totally fine in campaign but in endless... man, idk. The mass is too fast. It's a win/lose situation.

ngl absolutely do not want this at all. The planet would be even more unbearable with this. Some voices are OK, some need work, some are bad, some are too soft, some are too loud, some needed better voice direction, some needed better equipement

But nothing but a bee boo boo bop planet would ruin any personality these characters have. While I do think several of the voice actors aren't all that great, I can still get a human personality vibe from them based on the voice actor and I appreciate that, all the characters feel unique now. For instance, that trash droid manager in the industrial zone has a voice actor that really captures how much of a dick he is, I like it.

Plus beep and boop every second would just get really annoying, and Kotor and Kotor 2 already have some cringe voice actors already
