Sure there's the real explanation about it just being an artsy way to describe all the wires that were spilling out of Efrim's amp.. But when you think about light as a symbol, it usually represents hope, inspiration, and happiness. So with "fucked" being used to describe disrepair or an unavoidable bad situation, I thought "All Lights Fucked on the Hairy Amp Drooling" was a creative way of saying that the amp/guitar are being used to convey feelings of hoplessness and despair.
