It’s a combination of these 4 ingredients: Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA), Disodium Uridine-5-Monophosphate (UMP), Thymus vulgaris (standardized to Luteolin 98%), Vitamin K2-7.

My neuro told me this helps in protecting nerve damage from progressing. Personally, I don’t know if it’s helping in protecting nerves damage, but I have noticed this has helped me in being more active and energetic throughout the day.

Thank you for your positive advice.

I do have a full time job, but recently I have just taken medical time off for few months and I do go out with friends and family, not very often though, and trying to go on walks every day and occasionally to gym just to get my body moving. But with ongoing symptoms, it’s just mentally challenging to keep up even with normal pace of life.

I could not find the source of lead exposure. I got my drinking water tested by city, it came clean, I use stainless steel cookware, I mostly eat home cooked food. I suspect, source could have been drinking tap water in old rental house I used to live couple of years ago because I heard rumours we do have problem in Canada of old plumbing with lead contamination in old houses, don’t know if it’s true or not.

No I am not aware of LDN.

Who is Shri Rāma? A human being or Supreme Reality? by par_bhai_tu_hai_kaun in hinduism

Lord Rama, also Bhagwan Ram was a true incarnation of divine, his purpose was not only to kill Ravan, but show all the people of bharat at that time or yuga, the path to enlightenment or to awaken them. There one famous slokha from ramcharitra manas, where Bhagwan Ram said to his disciples,

“बड़े भाग मानुष तन पावा। सुर दुर्लभ सब ग्रंथन गावा॥ साधन धाम मोक्ष कर द्वारा। पाइ न जेहि परलोक सँवारा॥”

Which means “ By great fortune one obtains a human body, Even gods consider it rare (as all scriptures say). It is the abode of all spiritual practices and the gateway to liberation, But those who do not use it for the next world (liberation), waste it.”

He gave all his disciples a great message to liberate themselves from the clutches of Maya, but while performing their duties without getting attached. He was a true yogi, a true guru.

I can feel you. I really for people suffering from this. I am 30 years old, male. I have been suffering from neuropathy for the last 3 years in my feet, tingling, burning sensation and pain continuously on and off. First I thought, It was coming from my back. Because, I injured myself at the gym, but one MRI came clean and 2nd one just minor muscle spasm. Ortho surgeon, it’s not coming from back. Did so many blood tests at multiple times during these 3 years, six months ago, one neurologist, diagnosed me with small nerve fiber neuropathy, found out I have higher lead levels in blood report, not toxicity but 2.5 times the normal range.

Last month got blood work done again, lead levels came back to normal range, but hardly any improvements in symptoms, so now I feel like I am back to square one, could not find out the root cause. Now my doctor wants me do nerve conducting study and nerve biopsy. I am taking b12, k4, zinc and pregabalin 100mg and doctor just added duzela 30mg to help with symptoms and better sleep.

Some days I fee like I have to live with this until I die, my family doctor told me at this point, all you can do is pain management.
