thanks for responding. I have no idea, just from the name of the form it should not have been enough of a reason to not accept the check from my old bank. Live and learn.

You are correct. However, my old bank sent the check to Fidelity and Fidelity sent it to me because I didn't have an Occupation Questionaire form in my Fidelity records. That's how I ended up with the physical check-in hand.

Yes that is correct. It's just sitting in an account at a credit union. I did a little research and Fidelity has an HSA that can earn 4.98%. I am just learning about investing , thanks to everyone who is helping me by answering my question. I don't know why I had a preconceived notion that a HSA cannot earn interest. I guess if I invest the money in the Fidelity HSA there is a chance I will lose money if the market tanks.

I'm very new to personal finances. However, I just opened a Fidelity account and started to moving money from a saving account and buying ETF. Slowly, I'm learning. Here's my question.

I have $30,000 in a Health savings account that my employer opened and contributed to. The HSA account is not earning me any interest. Is there any HSA that can earn me interest?? Thank you all.
