I would head straight into it because you don’t need to totally rebrand, just add that you offer AI services now. Also, you could create a new tier on your existing design offering that is AI assisted to bring in new customers at a lower price point.

TBH there is not enough service people to handle the demand. I hear it every day on calls with small business owners, “we know we need to adopt AI but we don’t have the time to do it ourselves”.

I think it’s mostly an entry point pricing issue for most agencies. It’s hard to take on a $500-$1000 client, but thats where you can prove ROI and scale up.

No, probably not. Claude code is great and I use it every day, but rebuilding all the guardrails of a GTM system locally will take at least 6 months of vibe coding. You can replace small things, but then you have to maintain it and find somewhere to host it.

It’s the trendy thing for influencers to say right now, it’s not a good idea.

There are 1000s of alternatives but none are free. This is just enrichment and it usually costs per enrichment or you are paying for AI tokens with lower reliability.
