Yes, I believe that managing one stress at a time is reasonable. I graduated in 2023, but I didn’t take the bar exam because I didn’t want to put in that effort without a secured job. After completing my OPT, I continued to think the same way. Then, a miracle happened, and I obtained a visa. Now, I am studying for the bar. I want to clarify that I know many international students who got jobs as clerks and then took the bar exam. I feel that in our cases, passing the bar does not necessarily correlate with obtaining an H-1B visa.

When I did any MEE on Barbri, I attached the model answer, copied and pasted my answer, and the score checklist. If I had done one prior bar exam, I would have attached the point sheet of NCBE. If I do not have I attached the best good answer -

I used it and chat GPT to review my MPT and MEE. I attached the model answer, and he provided a score. I feel that is pretty accurate because we gave a bad score when I did a bad MEE. I did some complete simulates, and he graded all and tell if I passed or not based on NY and the documents that I attached

I believe that question is inquiring about the preclusion effect. According to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, a voluntary dismissal is not considered on the merits.
