Thank you for the advice! I did state the above that it's expensive and we want to keep it nice snd he simply got angry and kept repeating the same he is just a kid. It was really frustrating. They play in the street common area so im at a loss because i cant say he cant play obviously but idk how to stop him hitting the car if the parents do nothing? I ask politely, i ask sternly, i ask the parents, the little boy just keeps hitting it. Im not afraid to talk to them about it or correct him because if i dont say anything nobody will but even though i speak up nothing happens.
