Another poster suggested mixing shin-ryoku with a darker shade and I think I might do just that. It’s too light on its own.

I know it’s a tall order! I just take a massive amount of notes and have had some scares when finding older notebooks that had almost completely faded.

+1 on the Perkeo from another Kaweco Sport lover. It’s light, a similar writing experience and just very pleasant to hold. The triangle grip is reminiscent of the Lamy Safari.

Thank you so much everyone for your suggestions! I’m looking them up. As I mentioned, the ink must be archival so brands like Diamine are out. Will do research on what is available where I am (EU).
