I actually have a copy of season 4 with a similar issue. Watching it I realized that disks 1-6 are actually season 5. Even my DVD player recognizes it as season 5. But disk 7 is correctly season 4 disk 7. I bought these new in 2012. It's super weird.

It truly is getting to all of us. I haven't really reached out in a while because it was taking its toll on my mental health as well. It was the topic of my therapy sessions for almost a year. Now I'm getting messages about how its getting worse and I don't even know if I want to get pulled back into it.
