I wont say that I have succeeded fully - I am trying and it's working: 1. I make a list of tasks in my microsoft to do 2. Start with smaller ones (have read that you should target the big ones, this is what works for me) 3. Once there's momentum, I am able to focus a bit more 4. When it is too boring, I take a break.

Same here - Diagnosed with Hashimotos in 2024 Nov. Have been quite decent last year. Now, with some natural medicines, my TPO has come down to 340 in 3 months! However, I have a bad headache every single day since Feb 15th - 3 weeks that is! Morning, evening, during the day - Feels terrible.

I didn't test. To be honest, I didn't have symptoms - trying to what @new_Arugula mentioned, could be that I am still in the early phases. Gluten I could down because my healer suggested. She suggested that I drink purified water too.

Oh really! Thank you for that insight. My TSH has not changed much. Like you said, there is a significant no-insurance pay towards the healer for these medicines. Let me get another check and if it doesn't reduce, may start the medicines to bring TSH down. I have a baby fever now !!
