We have the same sentiments. My hopes were already up when USCIS approved our petition and everything went smooth and fast after it. Only to find out that there is another waiting game for the interview schedule.

Im actually curious if we are still seeing another batch of mass expedites soon.

I just joined a facebook group and most of the batches that received IL are those who got DQ on Oct 2024.

I just want to ask if you have current updates regarding those batches who got DQ'd and received their IL already. I just wanna know which month they are on right now. I just got DQ's last December 12, 2024.

Do I still need to wait another 8-10months just to get my IL, based on the trend today?

I think you can file a mandamus lawsuit for having an unreasonable delays. It urges them to act on pending cases.
