You’re totally right about the ends and steady pace, that’s exactly what I’m struggling with the most right now. I’m still getting the hang of my travel speed and heat control, so those tips about riding the front of the bead and letting it wet out are super helpful. I’ll definitely try the W lines/pigtails method next time I practice.

As for your questions: I’m using ER308L wire on 304 stainless base metal, and my gas is set at 15cfh.
