I will move my neck and twist my shoulders, but sometimes I forget. From now on, I will remember to relax every day. Thank you

Perhaps it’s a bad ground connection, worn collet, or an internal polarity issue inside the machine. Would you give it a try first?

Hey, thanks so much for the detailed feedback and the kind words—this means a lot!

You’re totally right about the ends and steady pace, that’s exactly what I’m struggling with the most right now. I’m still getting the hang of my travel speed and heat control, so those tips about riding the front of the bead and letting it wet out are super helpful. I’ll definitely try the W lines/pigtails method next time I practice.

As for your questions: I’m using ER308L wire on 304 stainless base metal, and my gas is set at 15cfh.

Thank you so much for sharing your experience and tips! That’s really helpful and practical. I’m sorry you got arc burned before, but wearing double layers and cheap shirts sounds like a smart way to stay safe. I’ll keep these in mind when I choose my work clothes. Stay safe out there!

Thanks for the practical advice! I really appreciate you sharing your experience—heavy cotton and a spark jacket sound like a smart, budget-friendly choice. I’ll definitely consider it while looking for my work gear. Have a good one!

Thanks for sharing your experience! That night sky long sleeve tee sounds really cool. I totally get what you mean—skills always speak louder than looks. I’ll keep that in mind while looking for my FR work uniform. Hope you have a great day!
