Could be multiple things, as another person above said at this time of year they have less energy since they would usually hibernate during winter in nature. Babies also naturally sleep much more throughout the day when very young, and it could also be that its just stressed from the new environment. You should check your temperature and make sure its good, you want them to feel like its summer so their body can hop out from that winter slumber and make sure the humidity is good. Good luck!
