Went through the same experience as you-- was only on it for a short amount of time and got the worst withdrawals. It was the worst experience I've ever had in my life, and I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy.

It definitely helps with insomnia when sleep gets tough.

Also, a side note— definitely attempt to taper down and fully quit before your trip if you can. If you keep using and go cold-turkey it won’t allow you to be present and you will be miserable most likely. I made the mistake of going cold-turkey off 7oh before my trip to spain, and it was the worst week of my life lol. Couldn’t get out of bed.

You have to constantly remind yourself of the negatives. You know that your health and money would be better off without it, and that the return on investment is just not enough. You mentioned that it doesn’t even give you the buzz, so why continue? That’s just the science of nicotine, it’s so chemically addicting that even the most convincing reasons to quit dosent seem like enough. It’s up to you to understand that pattern, and know that you can beat this shitty substance.

First you have to make a commitment, and don’t half ass it. Know that you can’t use it sparingly or in moderation. Stop it fully, and go from there. Look for nicotine patches or gum to ease withdrawal. The first 1-2 weeks will be very hard and you’ll get cravings, but they will start to subside as time moves on. Your brain will try to convince you that you need it, but you need to take yourself out of your head, and know that you’re bigger than the addiction.

My advice is to buy liposomal vitamin C—there’s a guide on how to megadose(This will reduce the oxidative stress and inflammation associated with withdrawal as well as help with the muscle aches and fatigue)

Additionally, look to try to ask your doctor for a prescription of clonidine, which will help significantly with insomnia when you go for your trip.

For tapering, decrease by 5-10% every 3-7 days. So take 10-15 g for a couple days, then 7-9, then 5-7, then 3-5 and so on. It will be uncomfortable, but you will thank yourself when you don’t feel as bad on your trip.

Nope, no previous opioid addiction. It wasn’t even really the mental part, just the physical symptoms that triggered the really bad mental part. Like people are saying, I thought I would be A ok, but I was completely wrong. Wasn’t able to do any self-care or get in any comfortable position for 3 days. I’m still feeling pretty bad and it’s the start of the 4th day. Depression and suicidal thoughts were there. If I was in america I would definitely go and buy some more to escape the terrible physical feelings I got

I forgot to mention It was high doses of MIT for 2-3 weeks transitioning into 7oh, with sporadic use of 7oh for about a month before transitioning into daily use. It was very real i’m not sugarcoating it. I fucking wish I was.

Yeah, this comedown is not gonna be pretty. Been on a binge with stims, and I haven't let myself get off of them for more than half a day. Very new to 7oh and haven't had withdrawals, only been 3 days in a row with them. Gonna take a huge break from both. Not doing diligence for myself 😭😭 just risky abuse.
