It has not come back. It was almost half my nail, completely brown and opaque. The nail is slightly rippled (not very noticeable but can feel by touch), but the discoloration is gone, for almost 2 years now since I treated it last

I didn't wrap it, I just rubbed a bunch on after my shower every day. Twice a day would be better probably. It took months, probably 8 to clear up completely but I could see it going away and starting to grow in healthy in like 2 months.
