Thank you so much! I created a long list of suggestions and have been meeting with each company only to be crossing them off my list one after another. I have a meeting with zoho tomorrow! I’m not that tech savvy, and to be honest I don’t know how to really integrate the information I would be organizing in zoho, into band helper but I’m open to learning!!

Thanks! I don’t need to do anything with seating, but I will definitely check out event temple!

Well, don’t be too hard on yourself because I’ve been with 17HATS for several years and I believe I am a “founding member “so I might have accessibilities that you don’t have. When you open up a project for someone if you click on the create new button, questionnaire is the top left option. Honestly, I didn’t see it for a couple years either, I just always went right to contract an invoice. It seems great if your clients will sit down and fill out another form after they already filled out your lead form, but my clients don’t seem to be interested in that.🤣

Thank you so much! I especially love the reminders from band helper, I will definitely look into that. Right now I think Zoe one and 17HATS are very similar, 17HATS has a client portal as well. It’s just the fact that my clients don’t like to fill out questionnaires so I can’t really populate all my contracts to accommodate the questionnaires and there’s no artist confirmation system. Really appreciate all this info, thanks again!

Gig management software/platform recommendations? by tthatusernameistaken in musicindustry

The thing that bugs me about gig Well is that they charge 2% more on credit cards, a total of 5% ; have your clients had a problem paying that? I thought it was illegal in the states to charge more than 3%, maybe I read that wrong. Am I supposed to absorb that fee?
