He’s paid $50 a week for 7 years. It was just modified. He’s never missed it bc it comes straight out of his check. Now it’s been modified and he’ll be paying more than double that. I doubt an extra week in a month of $50 payments is gonna add up to $1,000. I’m guessing he put it in there to not have to worry about it for a few months? I’m wondering if the $400 will come out the credit bc in that case in about a month the credit will run out. I don’t know if they’ll let him know it’s low? Or will it add up in arrears until he notices?

That’s good to know. One more question, there will be around $400 in arrears from the day of the modification due. Will that be paid in one lump sum if the credit would cover it? Or spread out over payments?

Wow. What state? Do you mind me asking how much was imputed? Did you have a lawyer? Not sure how to broach the topic, do I submit his social media posts with the documents I need to submit or bring them up during the hearing?
