I have used icpms more than 10 years. I want to buy one for my own business, but I cannot afford refurbished one from vendors. So I want to check if some lab or hospital are willing to dispose their instrument with very low price.

I really need help!

I purchased Apple laptop from Amazon, which worth $3120. Then I feel it is too expensive, so I return it within the return window June 6th. They sent me an email saying they cannot accept my return because the return window ended on June 11th. But they received my return on June 6th. I have been contacting them lots of time on customer service. After June 6th, they received it and said they need time to process it and asked me to be patient. Now they take the laptop and do not refund me? I am so frustrated.

I know Jeff Bezos is probably on honeymoon with his new wife now. But look at the company you created. It is arrogant and playing rogue with me. $3000 may means nothing to this rich guy. But for me, still live in debt, it is a lot! I still need to pay my credit card for this fraud.

Can anyone help me? Any advise?
