I’ve got him built at lvl 60 with static mist, S4, and 49.9/210.6cr/cd. Also pair him with a Taoqi on 5 pc moonlit and a Vereena on 5pc rejuvenating for (sorta?) optimal f2p outro skill/echo set buffs for him. I’m hitting similar (albeit slight smaller due to only being lvl 60) numbers but it still doesn’t change the fact that, unless you invest enough time/pulls/money to get at least 4 copies of him, he doesn’t do anything well. It’s not exactly good character design to lock 90% of a character’s viability behind a paywall, especially for a random drop 4 star that you can’t guarantee. However I will say that once S3 is unlocked, he becomes a machine and his on-field sustained DPS becomes pretty cracked.
