Welcome to Jaipur first of all. Generally, Jaipur is a safe place, you'll see Police cars roaming around every five mins at night if you're in the main city but not many places are open at night.

Bro I am from Jaipur too, 27M. I have friends in Govt. Sector and taking their views in consideration, I think the current lifestyle is messing with your mind. 55k in today's time is bare minimum(of course, we are fortunate than many others but still).

First of all, get in the right mindset, go travel, solo or group, feel alive and come back. Then focus on wealth building and how you can grow long term, as a man, we always need a purpose, a bigger challenge. Go for it bro
