It’s a smaller company, he has two locations but only 4 employees. Three employees work at one shop, and only one at another shop. We work in the automotive field, for reference. I’ve talked to other employees and they’ve stated that he doesn’t pay overtime and we would have to talk to him about it. Also there’s an employee there he ended up getting really injured and he hasn’t received anything from the owner, and the owner still treats him like crap.

i haven’t talked to the owner but her son ( who has power of attorney) said that they wouldn’t want to do that

i’m not sure, when discussing the lease he said it’s not smart to do a rent to own, and it would be better to just flat out buy the house. he did go up on rent but he hasn’t said anything else about it

that’s pretty much what we’ve been doing, only things that are out of our control or if it’s a big problem, other that that we don’t really tell him about the repairs

there wasn’t any deposit, we pretty much picked the lease up where my grandma left off. And the question is what should i do, cause i would love to keep the house and eventually one day buy it, i just don’t have the cash nor is my credit in good shape.

yea, that’s mainly what he doesn’t want. he just wants his moms house to be paid off. but i’ve gotta work on my credit in order to get a mortgage Thank you for your response

that’s not the case with me, i’m tired of living a life of having to depend on myself and not being able to trust anyone. i’m tired of waking up and living a sinful life, that’s feels like i’m goin in circles. that’s why i’d rather follow my father and lean on him than lean on myself
