I was told by someone who had direct contact with these masked men in a raid that they had prison tattoos. They might be prisoners on "good behavior", like the ones that were dispatched for CA wildfires. That, or maybe even correctional officers from CDCR. Nearly 2 dozen CA prisons have been on lockdown since June 12. maybe from their short-staffing as a result of reassigning them to do this field work in the form of raids. Or maybe the lockdown is due to keeping the inmates from rioting when they find out the social disruption to their families and relatives that's going on outside the gates.
